Sarah Mack, MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Founder & Lead Nurse PractitionerWith over 20 years of clinical nursing experience and a specialty in plastic surgery and aesthetic medicine, Sarah Mack founded Kalon Concierge, PLLC to fill a critical need for high-quality, in-home post-operative care in Austin and surrounding areas. A board-certified nurse practitioner, Sarah has built a reputation for excellence in post-op recovery, working closely with top surgeons across the region.
Sarah’s career began in critical care, and her expertise quickly grew to include plastic surgery recovery, making her a trusted leader in aesthetic post-operative care. Her compassionate approach and dedication to meticulous, patient-centered care are at the heart of Kalon Concierge’s services. Under her leadership, our team ensures that every patient receives the same level of dedication, professionalism, and support that Sarah herself is known for.
Jordan Gold, MSN, APRN, FNP‑C
Nurse Practitioner & Aesthetic Care SpecialistBorn and raised in Austin, Jordan Gold is a Nurse Practitioner with over 11 years of clinical experience in women’s health, surgical care, and aesthetics. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Human Development and master’s degree in Nursing from The University of Texas at Austin, followed by her post-master’s Nurse Practitioner certification from UT Arlington.
Jordan began her nursing career in labor and delivery, where she developed a deep understanding of women’s health and compassionate, individualized patient care. She later transitioned into perioperative care at a cosmetic plastic surgery center, gaining valuable experience caring for patients throughout the surgical and recovery process.
With her background in both surgical and women’s health, Jordan brings a calm, knowledgeable, and attentive approach to post-operative care. She is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable, supported, and confident throughout their recovery journey.
Robyn Luna-Gage, FNP
Aesthetic Nurse PractitionerRobyn is a nationally recognized Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner and the visionary behind LUNA SKIN, known for her natural, balanced approach to facial aesthetics and her commitment to thoughtful, patient-centered care. With a strong clinical foundation and a passion for both medicine and artistry, she has built a reputation as a trusted expert in aesthetic medicine.
Based in Austin, Robyn currently serves as a key provider at a prestigious plastic surgery practice and brings extensive experience caring for patients throughout their surgical and aesthetic journeys. Her expertise has also made her a sought-after educator and speaker, training aesthetic providers across the country in advanced techniques and ethical, patient-focused care.

Lois “Lo” Jones‑Alicea, BSN, RN
Registered Nurse & Aesthetic EnthusiastKnown fondly as “Lo,” Lois brings 11 years of diverse healthcare experience to Kalon Concierge. She began her career as a CNA in long-term care before advancing to registered nursing, where she developed extensive experience in critical care and served in lead nurse roles.
After experiencing aesthetic treatments herself and seeing the positive impact they had on her confidence, Lo discovered a passion for aesthetic medicine and began specializing in the care of aesthetic patients. For the past three years, she has focused on providing attentive, compassionate care to patients throughout their aesthetic journeys.
Lo brings a strong clinical foundation, leadership experience, and genuine passion for patient care to every Kalon Concierge experience. Her calm, compassionate approach helps patients feel supported and cared for from the moment they begin their recovery.
Sammi Ehrlich, BSN, RN
Operating Room Nurse and Post-Op Care SpecialistSammi Ehrlich is a Registered Nurse with five years of clinical experience and a strong background in surgical care. Originally from Maryland, she earned her nursing degree from the University of Delaware in 2019 and has spent the past three years working in the operating room.
Throughout her career, Sammi has assisted with a wide variety of surgical procedures, including plastic surgery, which quickly became her favorite area of focus. Her OR experience has given her a strong understanding of the surgical process and the unique needs of patients recovering from cosmetic procedures.
At Kalon Concierge, Sammi brings her surgical expertise, attention to detail, and compassionate approach to every patient she cares for. She is passionate about creating a comfortable, supportive recovery experience and helping patients feel confident and well cared for throughout their post-operative journey.

Registered NurseHannah Sirek, BSN, RN, is a highly skilled registered nurse known for delivering elevated, personalized care with a strong emphasis on discretion, comfort, and clinical excellence—core values of Kalon Concierge.
A graduate of Texas A&M University with a minor in Public Health, Hannah brings a diverse and well-rounded clinical background, including experience in emergency medicine, critical care, pediatrics, women’s health, and mental health. She currently practices in a Level II trauma center, where she has developed exceptional clinical judgment and the ability to anticipate patient needs in fast-paced, high-acuity environments.
Hannah is recognized for her calm, detail-oriented approach and her ability to create a seamless, supportive recovery experience for each patient. Her presence brings both confidence and reassurance, ensuring patients feel safe, cared for, and fully supported throughout their healing process.
Licensed in Texas and certified in BLS and ACLS, Hannah is committed to providing the highest standard of care. At Kalon Concierge, she delivers attentive, high-touch postoperative support tailored to each patient’s unique needs—prioritizing privacy, trust, and optimal outcomes at every stage of recovery.
Alex C, BSN, RN
Registered NurseAlex, RN, BSN is a Registered Nurse with nearly a decade of acute care experience, including six years spent caring for patients in a high-acuity trauma emergency department. Her background in emergency medicine has given her an exceptional foundation in clinical assessment, critical thinking, symptom recognition, pain management, medication safety, and the ability to remain calm and attentive in situations that require a highly trained eye.
Over the course of her nursing career, she developed a passion for more personalized patient care and transitioned her focus toward plastic surgery recovery, longevity, and regenerative medicine. This combination of acute-care expertise and concierge-level nursing makes her exceptionally well suited for the postoperative setting, where subtle changes in a patient’s condition, thoughtful medication management, mobility assistance, comfort measures, and close communication with the surgical team can make a meaningful difference in the recovery experience.
As a member of the Kalon Concierge team, she provides discreet, one-on-one care in the comfort and privacy of each patient’s home, hotel, or preferred recovery setting. Her approach is attentive, proactive, and highly individualized, with an emphasis on patient safety, comfort, confidence, and creating a seamless transition from the operating room through the earliest and most vulnerable stages of recovery.

Victoria is a registered nurse with experience in cardiac medical-surgical and hospice care, bringing a thoughtful balance of clinical skill and compassionate presence to every client interaction.
With a strong foundation in cardiac care, she is highly attentive to subtle changes in condition and delivers care with precision and professionalism. Her hospice background has further shaped her ability to provide calm, intuitive, and deeply supportive care in home settings, ensuring both clients and their families feel at ease.

Reba V., BSN, RN
Registered NurseReba is a Registered Nurse with specialized experience across the entire surgical journey — from preoperative preparation to OR circulation and postoperative recovery. Based in San Antonio, she has spent her career in plastic surgery and specialty surgical centers, where precision, patient safety, and seamless coordination are essential.
Reba’s background includes OR circulating in both orthopedic/neurology and plastic surgery settings, as well as PACU and pre-op nursing at some of San Antonio’s leading plastic surgery centers. She has also contributed to clinical research nursing, giving her a deeper understanding of evolving surgical techniques and patient outcomes. She holds certifications in neurotoxins and dermal fillers, along with BLS and ACLS.
At Kalon Concierge, Reba brings this surgical expertise directly into postoperative care — anticipating patient needs, recognizing subtle changes in recovery, and providing the kind of attentive, knowledgeable support that comes from years spent in the OR itself. Patients in her care benefit from a nurse who understands not just recovery, but the surgery that led there.
Ashleigh S., BSN, RN
Registered NurseAshleigh is a Bachelor of Science–prepared Registered Nurse with an extensive background in perioperative and surgical nursing. Throughout her career, she has worked in ambulatory surgery centers across multiple phases of the surgical experience, including as an operating room scrub nurse, OR circulator, and pre- and postoperative recovery nurse. This comprehensive experience gives her a unique understanding of patient care from the moment a patient enters the surgical setting through discharge and the recovery period that follows.
Ashleigh also spent several years working directly alongside a plastic surgeon in Austin, where she developed an in-depth understanding of the plastic surgery journey—from the initial consultation and surgical planning process through the procedure itself, immediate postoperative care, and the complete healing phase. Her familiarity with plastic surgery protocols, postoperative expectations, and recovery milestones makes her exceptionally well suited to caring for Kalon Concierge patients following surgery.
Her additional clinical education includes training in surgical gloves and electrosurgery safety with an emphasis on avoiding adverse events, as well as successful completion of American Heart Association cognitive and skills evaluations. She remains committed to maintaining a high level of clinical preparedness and patient safety.
At Kalon Concierge, Ashleigh combines her surgical expertise with attentive, individualized care in the comfort and privacy of each patient’s recovery environment. Her ability to anticipate postoperative needs, recognize changes in a patient’s condition, assist with mobility and medication routines, and provide knowledgeable reassurance throughout recovery allows our patients to feel supported well beyond the operating room.

Amy built the core of her career in Labor & Delivery, spending 25 years in high-acuity care that included triage, preoperative preparation, OR support, and PACU recovery. As a Charge Nurse and Clinical Lead, she mentored and precepted new nurses while partnering closely with physicians to ensure safe, coordinated care. She continues to practice PRN in Labor & Delivery today
In 2023, Amy brought her expertise into plastic surgery, working alongside surgical and anesthesia teams in a high-volume surgical center. This deepened her understanding of anesthesia recovery and the specific needs of cosmetic surgery patients — knowledge she draws on daily at Kalon.
At Kalon Concierge, Amy is known for her calm, attentive presence and her ability to anticipate a patient’s needs before they arise. For her, exceptional care is about more than clinical skill — it’s about showing up fully for patients and their families during a vulnerable and important part of their healing.

Kesiya, BSN, RN
Kesiya is a Registered Nurse with critical care experience in one of Houston’s busiest Surgical ICUs. Since 2022, she has cared for high-acuity postoperative patients at Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Center, including fresh kidney and liver transplant recipients, as well as complex ENT and microvascular reconstruction patients requiring specialized flap monitoring.
Kesiya’s background gives her deep expertise in advanced postoperative monitoring — from arterial lines and central venous catheters to mechanical ventilation and continuous renal replacement therapy. She works closely with intensivists, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate evidence-based care, and has precepted new nurses and nursing students in high-acuity clinical judgment. Her experience also spans cardiac ICU, emergency, and medical-surgical nursing, giving her a well-rounded foundation across complex patient populations.
Now based in Austin, Kesiya brings this high-level critical care background to postoperative recovery with Kalon Concierge — combining sharp clinical assessment with the patience and communication skills needed to educate and reassure patients and their families throughout the healing process.

Jennie M., BSN, RN
Jennie is a dedicated member of the Kalon Concierge team who brings a strong clinical background, compassion, and a genuine passion for creating an exceptional patient experience. As Dr. Booth’s right-hand woman, she plays an integral role in supporting patients throughout their plastic surgery journey and serves as a familiar, trusted point of contact from preoperative preparation through postoperative recovery.
Before transitioning into plastic surgery, Jennie spent two years caring for pediatric trauma and surgical patients at Dell Children’s Medical Center. This experience provided her with a strong foundation in surgical patient care, clinical assessment, and the ability to remain attentive and composed in complex and fast-paced medical environments.
Since entering the field of plastic surgery, Jennie has brought that same level of clinical knowledge and compassion to caring for patients throughout their surgical journey. She is passionate about ensuring patients feel informed, comfortable, and supported, while helping anticipate their needs and making the experience as seamless as possible.
At Kalon Concierge, Jennie combines her clinical experience with a warm, personable approach to patient care. Whether answering questions, helping coordinate care, providing reassurance, or simply being a familiar face throughout the process, she is committed to building genuine relationships with every patient and ensuring they feel cared for every step of the way.

Carly is a Bachelor of Science–prepared Registered Nurse with a strong clinical background in labor and delivery, perioperative nursing, facial plastic surgery, and postoperative care. She earned her BSN in Virginia before relocating to Galveston, Texas, where she spent five years working in labor and delivery. During her time there, she gained extensive experience caring for patients throughout the surgical experience, with a significant portion of her practice focused in the operating room and postoperative recovery setting.
For the past year and a half, Carly has called Austin home and has worked in a facial plastic surgery practice, where she has developed specialized experience in aesthetic and postsurgical patient care. Her transition from labor and delivery to facial plastic surgery has allowed her to combine a strong clinical foundation with a highly personalized, detail-oriented approach to patient recovery.
At Kalon Concierge, Carly brings a comprehensive understanding of surgical care and recovery, along with an attentive and compassionate approach to each patient. I am passionate about helping patients feel supported, reassured, and well cared for throughout their postoperative recovery. I value clear communication, compassion, and being attentive to the small details that can make the recovery experience feel easier and more comfortable.
Based in the Austin area, I am proud to care for patients in my community while continuing my education through a BSN-to-Master’s nursing program. I am committed to continuing to grow as a nurse while providing thoughtful, dependable, and individualized care to every patient I work with.
