Sarah Mack, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Founder & Lead Nurse Practitioner

With over 20 years of clinical nursing experience and a specialty in plastic surgery and aesthetic medicine, Sarah Mack founded Kalon Concierge, PLLC to fill a critical need for high-quality, in-home post-operative care in Austin and surrounding areas. A board-certified nurse practitioner, Sarah has built a reputation for excellence in post-op recovery, working closely with top surgeons across the region.

Sarah’s career began in critical care, and her expertise quickly grew to include plastic surgery recovery, making her a trusted leader in aesthetic post-operative care. Her compassionate approach and dedication to meticulous, patient-centered care are at the heart of Kalon Concierge’s services. Under her leadership, our team ensures that every patient receives the same level of dedication, professionalism, and support that Sarah herself is known for.

Jordan Gold, MSN, APRN, FNP‑C

Nurse Practitioner & Aesthetic Care Specialist

Born and raised in Austin, Jordan Gold is a seasoned Nurse Practitioner with over 11 years of clinical experience in women’s health, surgical care, and aesthetics. She holds a bachelor’s degree in human development and a master’s degree in nursing from The University of Texas at Austin, along with a post-master’s nurse practitioner certification from UT Arlington. Jordan began her nursing journey in labor and delivery, gaining deep insight into women’s wellness before transitioning into perioperative care at a cosmetic plastic surgery center.

Robyn Luna-Gage, FNP

Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner

Robyn is a nationally recognized aesthetic nurse practitioner and the visionary behind LUNA SKIN, celebrated for her natural, balanced approach to facial aesthetics. With a strong clinical foundation and passion for artistry, she’s regarded as a leading expert in aesthetic medicine and currently serves as a key provider at a prestigious plastic surgery practice in Austin. In high demand as an educator and speaker, Robyn trains injectors across the country in cutting-edge techniques and advocates for ethical, patient-centered care.

Lois “Lo” Jones‑Alicea, BSN, RN

Registered Nurse & Aesthetic Enthusiast

Known fondly as “Lo,” Lois brings 11 years of diverse healthcare experience to her role at Kalon. Beginning her journey as a CNA in long‑term care, she progressed to registered nursing and developed significant expertise in critical care, including serving in lead nurse roles. Lo discovered her passion for aesthetic medicine after receiving treatment herself and witnessing the profound boost it gave her confidence, and now she’s been caring for aesthetic patients for the last three years.

Sammi Ehrlich, BSN, RN

Operating Room Nurse and Post-Op Care Specialist

Sammi Ehrlich is a registered nurse with five years of experience and a strong background in surgical care. Originally from Maryland, she graduated from the University of Delaware in 2019 and has spent the last three years working in the operating room. She has assisted with a wide variety of surgeries, including plastic surgery, which quickly became her favorite area of focus.

Hannah R., BSN, RN

Registered Nurse

Hannah Sirek, BSN, RN, is a highly skilled registered nurse known for delivering elevated, personalized care with a strong emphasis on discretion, comfort, and clinical excellence—core values of Kalon Concierge.

A graduate of Texas A&M University with a minor in Public Health, Hannah brings a diverse and well-rounded clinical background, including experience in emergency medicine, critical care, pediatrics, women’s health, and mental health. She currently practices in a Level II trauma center, where she has developed exceptional clinical judgment and the ability to anticipate patient needs in fast-paced, high-acuity environments.

Hannah is recognized for her calm, detail-oriented approach and her ability to create a seamless, supportive recovery experience for each patient. Her presence brings both confidence and reassurance, ensuring patients feel safe, cared for, and fully supported throughout their healing process.

Licensed in Texas and certified in BLS and ACLS, Hannah is committed to providing the highest standard of care. At Kalon Concierge, she delivers attentive, high-touch postoperative support tailored to each patient’s unique needs—prioritizing privacy, trust, and optimal outcomes at every stage of recovery.

Jamie R., BSN, RN

Registered Nurse

With a strong foundation in critical care and a passion for aesthetics, Jamie brings a unique blend of clinical expertise, precision, and compassion to patient care. She began her nursing career in the ICU, where she spent six years caring for and managing critically ill patients. This experience shaped her ability to remain calm under pressure, think critically, and provide meticulous, detail-oriented care in high-stakes situations.

Four years into her ICU career, Jamie expanded her skill set by working part-time with a facial plastic surgeon, gaining hands-on experience in both the surgical and aesthetic fields. Over the course of two years, she developed a deep appreciation for facial aesthetics, patient education, and the artistry behind natural, confidence-enhancing results.

Following her passion, she transitioned into aesthetics full-time as a nurse injector, where she continues to combine her clinical knowledge with an artistic eye. Her background in critical care allows her to approach every patient with heightened attention to safety, precision, and individualized care.

In her role as a plastic surgery concierge nurse, Jamie is dedicated to supporting patients through their post-operative journey. She is deeply committed to providing education, reassurance, and compassionate care, especially during vulnerable moments. Known for her empathy and strong patient advocacy, she strives to bridge the gap between clinical excellence and emotional support, ensuring every patient feels informed, safe, and genuinely cared for.

Victoria, BSN, RN

Registered Nurse

Victoria is a registered nurse with experience in cardiac medical-surgical and hospice care, bringing a thoughtful balance of clinical skill and compassionate presence to every client interaction.

With a strong foundation in cardiac care, she is highly attentive to subtle changes in condition and delivers care with precision and professionalism. Her hospice background has further shaped her ability to provide calm, intuitive, and deeply supportive care in home settings, ensuring both clients and their families feel at ease.

Victoria is known for her warm, respectful approach and her ability to create a comfortable, personalized experience. She is dedicated to helping clients feel safe, well-informed, and genuinely cared for at every stage of post operative their journey with Kalon.

Alexandra C, RN, BSN

Registered Nurse

Alexandra Cicchetti is a highly experienced Registered Nurse with nearly 10 years of acute care experience, including extensive time in emergency medicine, medical-surgical care, and clinical leadership. She has spent over six years practicing in a magnet-status, Level I trauma and comprehensive stroke center Emergency Department, where she has cared for a wide range of complex and high-acuity patients requiring rapid assessment, intervention, and close monitoring.

Her background also includes serving as a Clinical Nurse Coordinator and Charge Nurse, where she supervised unit operations, supported nursing staff, and contributed to improving patient care outcomes. Alexandra has a strong clinical foundation in emergency response, patient triage, education, and procedural support, making her exceptionally qualified to care for patients during vulnerable periods of surgical recovery.

She now specializes in plastic surgery, along side surgeons in the OR, post op recovery, and longevity/regenerative medicine. With Kalon she delivers personalized, in-home concierge nursing care with a focus on safety, symptom monitoring, patient education, comfort, and continuity of care. Alexandra’s ability to combine critical care expertise with a calm, compassionate bedside manner makes her a valuable part of the patient recovery experience.

Emily, BSN, RN

Registered Nurse

Emily is a highly skilled and compassionate registered nurse with over 6.5 years of clinical experience in acute and critical care settings. Originally from Auburn, Alabama, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Auburn University in 2019.

Emily began her career in the Emergency Department, where she spent five years developing strong critical thinking skills, rapid assessment abilities, and the confidence to manage complex patient needs in high-pressure environments. She later expanded her expertise into Labor & Delivery, where she has spent the past 1.5 years providing attentive, patient-centered care during some of life’s most meaningful moments.

In addition to her hospital experience, Emily also works in an IV therapy clinic, where she combines her clinical background with a passion for health, wellness, and holistic care. She is deeply committed to helping patients feel their best from the inside out.

Emily is especially drawn to the field of aesthetics and plastic surgery because of its ability to enhance confidence and empower individuals. She has loved being a sense of support and peace of mind to Kalon Concierge patients. She believes that when people look good, they feel good, and she is passionate about being part of that transformation.

Known for her warm, attentive, and supportive approach, Emily is dedicated to creating a safe, comfortable, and elevated experience for every patient she cares for.
