Sarah Mack is the founder of Kalon Concierge, a luxury post-operative concierge nursing company created to provide elevated, personalized recovery care for plastic surgery patients.

With over 20 years of experience healthcare, critical care and emergency medicine, Sarah built her nursing career in high-acuity settings where precision, patient safety, and compassionate care are paramount. Since 2019, she has worked closely within the plastic surgery community in Austin, Texas, gaining extensive experience supporting surgical patients through every stage of the recovery process.

Sarah founded Kalon Concierge after recognizing the need for a more supportive, clinically sophisticated recovery experience, one that bridges the gap between surgery and healing at home.

She earned her ADN from Beckfield College, her BSN from Thomas More University, and her MSN from the University of Texas, and is now a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C).
